The UEFA EURO CUP 2024 is one the world’s biggest events, and except from watching that football – you see a lot of grass. So we took the chance to showcase Husqvarna’s innovative spirit and robotic lawn mowers, with a little dance.
By connecting Husqvarna’s fleet of robotic lawn mowers to API’s following the games of the cup, we gave owners the possibility to root on their favourite team together with their automower.
So, whenever their favourite team scored a goooal, lawn mowers cheering for that team started to cheer and dance in backyards. All over the world.
All three dances were inspired from some well-known players with very distinguishable moves: Christiano Ronaldo, Peter Crouch and Tomas Brolin.

Peter Crouch made headlines not just for his goals but for his iconic robot dance celebration. He first did it after scoring for England in 2006, inspired by a party at David Beckham’s house. It became a fan favorite and a symbol of his fun-loving personality – a rather convienent dance to mimic as a robotic lawn mower if you ask us.
